Every single ingredient is sourced from only the most trusted suppliers, both locally & exclusively from Sicily. Fish is obviously a speciality here, from Neonate to French Scallops, Succia di Nero to our Lobster bisque everything is simply loved and respected by our kitchen.

Our chefs take great pride in every single detail of their work, and the process of obtaining the perfect dish through a delicate balance of taste, time and passion is something our chefs do because they absolutely love it.
